Are you a licensed general contractor?
No. Sabrina & Co. does not provide licensed general contracting and does not perform construction or trade work. Licensed contractors and trades complete their own work. I coordinate bids, scheduling, access and follow-up, and provide oversight so your project keeps moving.
Is this the same as property management?
No. This is hands-on coordination and oversight for homeowners, not traditional property management. It does not include services such as leasing or rent collection.
Can you help when I am not at the property?
Yes. Many clients reach out because they are away. Services can include meeting approved vendors, arranging access, checking on the home, following up on open items and preparing a second home before you arrive.
Can you help me compare contractor bids?
Yes. I can help gather estimates, keep the scope consistent so bids are comparable, and organize the results so you can make your own decision.
